TPE damped die-cast aluminium platter
The platter is one of the essential parts of a quality turntable. It must be heavy to guarantee stable speeds and low wow and flutter. To keep the playback clean, it also has to be resonance free. Additionally, the platter should be antimagnetic to reduce the influence on any cartridge.
High-end heavy platters out of die cast aluminium like the PRO platter are very expensive, therefore you see it only in turntables in a price range of €2.000. We are happy to now offer our great platter also for our entry level turntables. This is a great sound upgrade for all our entry level turntables!
